PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This 8-week, 240 hours training is designed to help you gain the skills and knowledge to pursue your career opportunity in the Canadian food and beverage processing industry.
The course provides an introduction to the Principles of the Manufacturing Process, Workplace Safety Awareness, Food Safe Certification, Maintenance of Equipment, Logistics and the Supply Chain, Principles of Daily Kaizen and Quality Control Methodology.

Eligibility Criteria
- Permanent Resident, Canadian Citizen, and Protected Person status
- Unemployed / Underemployed (part time, casual or seasonal)
- Active EI or IA recipients are eligible
- English CLB 5+
- Ability to commit to full-time work after training
