Step into the world of industrial sewing with this hands-on course, designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to launch a career in British Columbia’s thriving apparel industry. Whether you’re new to sewing or looking to build a strong foundation, this course offers a practical and solid starting point.
We are actively working with a number of association partners to expand access to this training across Vancouver, Victoria, and Calgary. While exact dates and locations are still in progress, our goal is to bring this opportunity closer to you — making it more accessible for any aspiring industrial sewers.
Upon completion of training, participants will receive up to 12 weeks of job placement support.

- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Unemployed or underemployed (part-time, seasonal, at risk of job loss)
- Current IA or EI recipients eligible
- Able to commit to a full-time training program
- Able to commit to full-time work after training
